How It Works

Potential income

Doctors are paid between £140 during core hours (Mon-Fri 0900-1800) and £200 during out of hours and weekends, with no joining fees or hidden costs


Additional income is also earned for further investigations. We work closely with TDL (The Doctors Laboratory) for private pathology services, with over 1,000 tests available

Time & Location

Consultations are face-to-face only and 15 mins long, taking place at your existing practice premises

Future Revenue Streams

Imaging - Scans, X Ray, Ultrasound, HGV medicals, Allergy testing, Vaccinations, Referral letters, Fit for work notes

Medical records

Doctors do not have visibility of a patient's NHS GP medical records, much the same as any out of hours, hospital doctor or private doctor. Notes are taken using existing patient record systems and handed to the patient at the end of the consultation


Doctaly patients would usually only be referred to private specialists/hospitals. If they require further NHS treatment, they would be signposted back to their NHS GP
